- KBKim BermanFeb 26, 20261.0I had an awful experience with the mobile vet who was rude and unprofessional when I asked which vaccine for lepo and distemper my dog had received. She said she didn’t know and didn’t offer to check her records on the iPad. So one of the workers did since I didn’t want to incorrectly administer her vaccines the way they were indicated.

There was no answer when I called back and no explanation given. Super poor customer service. I took a day off from work and didn’t even receive a “We are sorry.” Never going back and don’t recommend it to anyone.
- JBJenni BDec 5, 20255.0The ladies who helped check us in were friendly, helpful and took well to my puppy. When he cried from the first shot the one helped rub his leg and calmed him such that we second wasn't as big of a deal. The vet was great with him and was very kind. They all made me feel heard and welcomed along with making sure Duncan got what he needed. My only complaint was that I was quoted one price the week earlier at a different location and $30 more where I went. I needed it taken care of that day and had no choice.
