  Had a fantastic experience today trying to find a different varieties of freeze dried raw food from my very picky kitty. The lady on the floor who is busy stocking shelves, so give me a minute and I'll help you. She walked me through the store which had been recently remodeled to find Options. Great recommendations, great information above and beyond! give that lady a bonus! All the staff there are always really helpful, smiley and fun. There's two guys that look alike and kind of resemble Bill Burr. I love them too.

  The narrow aisles and more limited selection at this location didn't impress me much.

  Amazing selection! Bald guy working there is incredibly rude though. He was condescending and insinuated I did not know what I was buying and that it was unsafe for my cats. It was perfectly fine for my cats, as he finally realized. I care for my cats more than anything in the world, and I would NEVER risk their safety by buying a poor product for them. I do not appreciate that this employee was implying that in his actions and demeanor. I’ve also attached a picture of the product in question. As you can see, it clearly says for dogs AND cats. So he was just choosing to be an issue.

  Got this medicine for my dog for ear infection only take 3 days to cure his ear but I still put it. Thank you petco tem for your help. Really don't know the names but nice. Thank you......
