Very disappointed with their service. I had a scheduled appointment for a vaccination, which they canceled 45 minutes before my arrival. There was no answer when I called back and no explanation given. Super poor customer service. I took a day off from work and didn’t even receive a “We are sorry.” Never going back and don’t recommend it to anyone.

The ladies who helped check us in were friendly, helpful and took well to my puppy. When he cried from the first shot the one helped rub his leg and calmed him such that we second wasn't as big of a deal. The vet was great with him and was very kind. They all made me feel heard and welcomed along with making sure Duncan got what he needed. My only complaint was that I was quoted one price the week earlier at a different location and $30 more where I went. I needed it taken care of that day and had no choice.

I had a very bad experience at this vaccination clinic for my foster dog. I was there for 1 1/2 hrs waiting for my turn, the vet didn’t ask any questions about him and she forgot to insert the microchip. They gave me the paperwork work for it and I asked if she ever put it in? She asked if the helper had given it to her, then checked her pocket and there it was. I received the paperwork hours later listing a bunch of things that were “ok” but were never even looked at. When going back for the booster it was worse. A pile of used syringes was sitting in the middle of the floor. The vet asked me to put a muzzle on my dog ( he is a mouthy puppy and grabbed the vet on the previous visit). I complied understanding her safety was important. She walked up to him with the booster and just gave it to him. ( she didn’t clean the injection site) when I asked her if she was going to look him over she said she wasn’t comfortable doing that. Isn’t that her job? On the paperwork it was marked unable to examine. Unwilling isn’t the same thing as unable. If I could give 0 stars I could.
