- AJAnnabelle JSep 2, 20255.0Nana is phenomenal! My friend has been taking her dog here for a couple months now, and his haircut always comes out looking great. I don’t have a dog, so I go with my friend to drop off/pick up, and Nana is always incredibly friendly and helpful towards us. Even when she’s super busy and I’m sure stressed, she never fails to greet us with a smile/take time to talk things over. She remembers our names without fail and is never not detail oriented. No matter what, she gives us a time estimate of how long the groom will take, and will call 15-20 minutes ahead, so that M doesn’t have to wait in the kennel longer than necessary. Her aura alone keeps us coming back and of course her skills. My friend’s dog is also always happy to see Nana. Thank you for taking care of M and for being such a gem. Highly recommend this place and to ask for Nana!!!

- KSk sAug 30, 20251.0Dropped off my cavapoo for a haircut at 10 am he was ready at 3. I showed multiple pictures of the haircut my dog had before and there seemed to be an understanding with the groomer. When I picked him up 5 hours later! He looked awful, uneven, one side of his face was cut shorter than the other, one eye was buried in fur the other trimmed. His behind was left long, mullet was the groomer's inspo? I'm not sure, but it was not at all what I expected and asked for. He is calm and compliant, even the groomer at pick up said so, so it's not all blotchy and uneven because of him not cooperating. It cost me 80 for a botched job. Never again and will absolutely tell everyone to avoid this place.
