- MMMhDec 4, 20255.0The general manager at Petco in Arlington Heights is an asset to Petco! I purchased a soft dog crate in Janesville, Wisconsin. The netting of the crate pulled apart from the seam, and the Janesville Petco would not stand by the product. I then attempted customer service online, as the Janesville Petco directed. Online got me nowhere other than boiler plate responses that half the time did not address my questions or concerns. I then called customer service, a few times. Each time I was given the runaround with boiler plate responses that again did not address my questions or concerns. In fact, customer service told me that they could not help me if I did not purchase the product online, which I later found out was not true. In short, Petco‘s Customer service was for lack of a better description, useless AND provided no customer service. I then turned to the general manager in Arlington Heights, and she was helpful and addressed my concerns. She definitely deserves some recognition for providing independent customer service when it was needed and standing by Petco products. Petco should recognize her! A big thank you to her, Natalie Kluch.
