- KHkayla hennemann1 day ago1.0When I signed up for the Vital Care premiere, I don’t know if it’s this accurate. The receipt said, “Ali.” I remember her being heavy-set and had multiple tattoos. She told me if I signed up for Vital Care, I could cancel the same month before it charged me again. But after speaking with a representative online, they told me it’s a year-long commitment, and the online way to break it was to pay another fee. She should not be giving out false information and advertisements, especially when I reached the store. I spoke to her and asked for a manager, but she would not provide me with one. I’m a patient person, and I have never willingly gone out of my way to cause a problem, but she should not be allowed to tell people that and then when someone tries to call to fix the problem or get a new perspective with someone else, she outright denies them.

The reasons being: the staff is always friendly and helpful, ive rarely dealt with items not being in stock, clearance section especially is my favorite part and there are a few things this store has that others don't. That last one is also a visa versa, there's things I need they don't carry, I don't expect them to carry everything I need tho they already have a good amount of things.
