I get a 15% discount on food and treats and I get $15 in rewards at the beginning of each month. I also get $5 rewards for every $100 I spend. So she really has helped me save money. Ali is also just very friendly and awesome. I love getting to see her when I go into the store!

I walk right up to the counter and shes always smiling and greets me without hesitation and is prompt to call for someone to help me out at the rodents! I really appreciate that she treats every customer like shes known them forever as I watch them go before ne in the line! She shows all the animals some love no matter what they are and even greets regulars both 2 and 4 legged by name! Always such a pleasure being helped by her!
