I asked for the face feet fanny service she said we don’t take walk-ins even though the sign says Walk-ins. I asked her if she could do a quick nail trim then and she said no she has another nail trim coming in. I walked next-door to a different store and came back into Petco 10 minutes later only to see her in the same spot with still no other appointment that she claims she had coming in. When she noticed me she ran into the back and didn’t come back out. She clearly just did not want to be bothered. Waste of time.
