  The new girl u just hired is incredibly rude. First she was vacuuming and wouldn't move to let me enter the store. Upon entering I was treated like I was trying to steal stuff. They had a new system set up for crickets that I wasn't aware of and she was also very rude about me not being aware of the new system. Do yourself a favor and find someone that knows how to treat customers because that was just ridiculous, I'm honestly debating if I should even go back and that's unfortunate, I've been shopping at this location since it opened.

  A large selection of fish, birds, and little furry animals but the customer service (beware of Brad!) is wanting. Wish there were little step stools or something for little kids to be able to see and foster a love and appreciation for all the creatures the store offered.

  Asked a guy about where something was. After he directed me there, while I asked if they can maybe see about getting the betta fish better homes and into those large tanks because half of them are in gross tiny pots filled with poop and on the verge of death. It just sad. The guy’s demeanor completely changed and became rude when I finished up my question and replied “no, you buy them all and then YOU can get a better home for them. After you buy them all, I’ll just order in more in those tiny plastic jars.” Acting all cool and crap with his little posse around him. The tone of his voice was so rude, like belittling me and treating me like I was less than all of a sudden because I had a question regarding the fish. Yeah, it’s just fish but it’s pathetic how they sell them in those little pots. I get it, they probably get that question often and it’s out of their control and up to corporate but no need to become rude with the response. I put my stuff onto a random shelf and left. Scrawny, shorter guy maybe 5’8 with a beard and brunette.

  I like the smell of PETCO. I like the vibe of all the pets. Now let's work on that customer acknowledgement and good customer service experience.
