- AHAshley HefnerAug 24, 20254.0River was originally groomed by Emily and I was not happy AT ALL, the manager Amanda reached out to me after our whole experience not being great. She offered to fix River free of charge and listed so many available times for me to bring her in which was great! She was respectful and apologized to me about the whole bad experience we encountered. Amanda fixed River and made her look so cute!! She came out and explained everything she did in her hair cut let us know she would put detailed notes in so that we won’t have this same experience again. Overall made the whole experience much better and restored my faith back into the grooming department there. Took my 1 star rating into what I would call a 4.5. Thank you so much for fixing our baby Amanda!

I can see how she interacts with people and our pets (our fur babies) with ease and a warm heart. She explains everything step for the grooming process. She is very detailed asking questions on what our wishes are for our pet dog Tippy. The grooming area is always clean and well lighted. No clutter whatsoever. Customer pets are coming in and out happy! Kudos Amanda for a well job done! And to the rest of the grooming staff, for being friendly and professional too. Thank you so much!!!!
