    River was originally groomed by Emily and I was not happy AT ALL, the manager Amanda reached out to me after our whole experience not being great. She offered to fix River free of charge and listed so many available times for me to bring her in which was great! She was respectful and apologized to me about the whole bad experience we encountered. Amanda fixed River and made her look so cute!! She came out and explained everything she did in her hair cut let us know she would put detailed notes in so that we won’t have this same experience again. Overall made the whole experience much better and restored my faith back into the grooming department there. Took my 1 star rating into what I would call a 4.5. Thank you so much for fixing our baby Amanda!

    We were told our dog couldn’t come back for grooming because his back hips are to bad. But that we could come back for nail trimmings. We appreciate the honestly and them not putting our dog in any discomfort. They treated him like a prince and took care of him this grooming we had.
