- AZAJ ZisslerAug 2, 20225.0Trainer Kaylee at Petco is the best trainer we've had. Our 3-mos. year-old Shih Tzu just finished the six weeks and can do basic commands and is well socialized. Kaylee is devoted to this and it shows; she's also great at giving us problem-solving tips and is accessible via text. Well worth the time and investment. As the owner, I also have a lot more confidence with the structure of how to practice at home with homework for each week. My expectations have been met, and I am continuing with more training series.

I make it VERY clear to all my students that if they have a problem with me, or they're not getting what they want/need out of my training classes to just talk to me, I will make it right. I don't want anyone to be unhappy with their service, if it's something I can control. If communication is open, I will gladly accommodate those who require it, as long as it is brought to my attention within 30 days of the purchase of my training class(es). I can't help you if you come back months or even years later. I do my best to keep open communication with my students, and I expect the same in return. If I don't know there's a problem, I can't fix it. So before you give me a negative review, communicate with me, and see how I can help. Also, if you don't practice what I teach you and your dog, you're not going to see results. I'm training the pet parent more than I'm training the dog. It's a team effort between you and your dog. I provide you with tools and resources to help you and your dog communicate better, using fun and positive reinforcement training. I take pride in my job and how I help people and their pets. If you're looking for a positive dog trainer with over 10 years of positive reinforcement dog training experience, I just might be a good fit for you and your dog.
