We stood and checked out fish for over 10 minutes while the girl with dark hair didn’t acknowledge us standing waiting there as my daughter was saying yes mom I’d like that one. I glanced a few times in her direction but she was too busy running a hose around us yet not one word said. So of course we left due to the lack of customer service. Drove over to Pet smart spent $200 there instead. Please hire more staff and get the tanks in better shape, it was disappointing to say the least. We won’t be back other than getting a photo for this review.
