I had to go find her to ask for help, and she was extremely rude. She acted like I was annoying her by asking if they carried the medicine I had a picture of. She rudly replied that "they don't carry that and it was in another pet company site". She hardly made eye contact with me or my husband. Think after this I won't be going back.

Go to a real fish store!
