I've only been in a handful of times, but every time it's looked like a post Black Friday scenario, with most of the aisles looking a mess. This most recent visit, the cashiers weren't very happy - they looked down right miserable even. The employees at all the other pet stores that I've been to are always happy to see pets. But neither of the cashiers took me as "pet people." I've had similar experiences with other employees here in the past. So if you're in the Moscow area, I recommend 'Pets Are People Too' over this PetCo
