Dr. Multhaup, the person who checked us in and the person who helped hold my pup still were all very nice and helpful. The process was quick and felt personalized. I was very thankful Dr. Multhaup answered some of my questions about my pup that were unrelated to the vaccine.

I like the low cost aspect but the treatment in the middle of the dog food aisle is odd. I don’t understand why they add vet services but cannot devote a space. It was not well marked as to where the services were held, and I had not been to Vetco before so it was a little confusing. Second time will be easier.

Absolutely horrible service. They really dont care at all about the animals at all. We made an appointment online for both of our cats to get rabies shots. We ran 10 minutes behind but called ahead to let them know that we would be there within the 10 minutes and they told us theyd still give them their shots. Upon arrival we go up to the counter and they told us to get in line and theyd be with us shortly. Afterwards that same staff member said they can no longer serve us due to there being people ahead of us (even though we scheduled an appointment). Each appointment was for 5 minutes not a full exam and was 1 shot. I told her it was just a 5 minute appointment and she just looked at me with a blank stare and said "but then we'd have to stay later." That is not any way to treat a customer. I am still paying you regardless. You guys would rather I put both my cats in a hot car 2 more times and freak them out more rather than just taking 5 minutes to do the shots. Thats no way to treat animals! I won't even shop at this store anymore I'm so angry. Better off figuring out how to give them shots at home or paying to see an actual QUALIFIED vet.
