The pet plans are especially helpful to meet the care and needs of all of my animals. Also being located inside petsmart I can schedule my offices visits and grab my pet supplies all in one convenient stop. I highly recommend this location to other pet parents!!! A+++

Dr. Fraser and her entire staff — Star, Roz, and Josh — are absolutely incredible. I bring my two babies, YogiLove and MiaBelle, in for their vaccinations, routine care, and everything they need, and every single visit has been such a positive experience. They are gentle, patient, and truly caring. You can feel that they genuinely love animals and treat them like family. Dr. Fraser takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes us. She is attentive, thorough, and compassionate. Star, Roz, and Josh are always so kind and welcoming — they make both me and my pups feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. Dr. Fraser has taken the initiative to help us finally get to the root cause of the problem and hopefully keep her infections at bay. Jasmine and Josh are always so friendly during our visits and are a great addition to the staff.

I have called multiple times and get excuses and promises. As I write this I am still waiting. I am not sure how long it takes to respond to a refill request from a pharmacy but it seems to take a week at this location.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
