    Made a mistake and made an appointment for my dog Duke for some vaccines at the Boise Banfield, instead of the Meridian location. I showed up at the Meridian location and Roz at the front desk, informed me that I was at the wrong location. Instead of just turning me away, Roz worked hard to see if the team could give my dog the vaccine today instead of me having to reschedule. Roz and the entire team at Banfield did their very best with customer service and was able to work me in. Michael was able to squeeze me in and I was able to get Duke in for his vaccine. I really appreciate Roz’s customer service and going the extra mile to get me in so I didn’t have to make another trip. I know this is my fault completely but Roz and the entire team at Banfield gave exceptional customer service to make this work. Absolutely truly amazing. I love Banfield. I love how they take care of the pets as well as us pet owners. Sincerely, Sarah Riese

    Always go above and beyond when I take my dog in for an appointment. When dropping off my dog for a wellness appt., the doctor contacts me to give me an overall report and addresses any concerns. It is good to know my dog is in good hands as the doctor as well as the staff member show they care about our pets’ health. Thank you for your wonderful service and support. Blessings

    I will never do a pet plan again with them, or any services in the future. The customer service is so poor, and the customer service staff just have a crap attitude.

    I have been taking my pet to Banfield since he was a puppy (he is now 11 years old). They used to be a 5 star service at the location I have been going to in Meridian, ID. But over the last couple of years the service and attention to detail has gone down. The phones usually have a wait time for anything you call about. The vets themselves do not seem to share the same concern I do about my pets needs or possible issues. The most recent visit for my pets 6 month comprehensive was severely disappointing to the extent that I will not be continuing the health plan and will cease care for my pets needs here once my plan year is up. The doctor’s and attendants never called me to pick up my pet. I had to call towards the end of the day and they admitted to forgetting. The vet didn’t even take the time to tell me of something major that happened to my pets during the visit. It was casually mentioned by the counter attendant. I used to be very happy with my local Banfield but they need so much improvement.
