My puppy, Ranger graduated from obedience training on Friday, the 29th of February. Katie, his trainer was so fantastic. She made him feel at ease and made his learning skills so achievable and fun. And also gave me the knowledge to give the commands and have him obey. Fully recommend this course. Thanks so much.

Not one to usually smash a store. This store is have shopped there alot. I will never shop here again we have a old husky we have to put down. We called the day b4 and made a grooming appointment. Both the managers said it would be fine no issues kinda last hair cut thing. We were so grateful. They call us the next day 20 min b4 and cancel because the dog was to old. We got like babysitter and everything this is not ok.

I love this store! The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. There is also very little turnover in staff so you see the same people all of the time! They remember their customers which makes you feel valued. I've been shopping here for almost four years. The store has a good range of products for every pet need or want!

I went to the store to get a refill on kitty litter, a small amount of cat food, and a couple of dog toys. When I walked up to check out, there was a line of 5 people backed up and only 1 register open. The employee of that register left to check on something for the customer who was first in line. He walked by the other 4 people, and it took over 5 minutes before he returned. At that point, there were 6 people in line. It was then he asked for another checker, then it took awhile for the second checker to arrive and open the register. This happens almost every time I go in. I never, ever expect to get out of this store quickly. I hate to complain, but this is what happens. My suggestion is either the store hire a couple more employees, or have the ones who happen to be working watch to see how many customers are in the store at any one time. If there are more than 4, have 2 waiting at the registers to check people out. For the purposes of customer satisfaction, doesn't it make more sense to have employees waiting rather than customers waiting in a long line?? I think this is at least the 2nd time I've made a comment like this, yet nothing seems to change...
