  The experience from making appointment to checkin the day of appointment was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful with answering questions. Dr.Amber was very good explaining surgery my dog was receiving (Bi Lateral TPLO) and recovery. She also called and messaged me every step of the way till my dog was out of surgery. Which I appreciated. I would highly recommend !!

  Absolutely love this team! Everyone is so kind and genuinely caring from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything, answer all your questions, and feel confident about the next steps. You can truly tell they care deeply about your pets, which means so much—especially during stressful or scary situations. We love this team so much and truly appreciate everything they do for our four-legged family members. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication never go unnoticed—we’re so grateful to have such an amazing group taking care of our pets. Highly recommend!

  I am SO impressed with SVAC. I’m from Twin Falls and my sweet pup needed a root canal. We were told of 2 places that could do it within a 2 hr drive. I called both, and the service just on the phone from one place to the other was night/day. From front desk to the vet , everyone was kind. My boy is happy and healthy and we’re so grateful for everyone at SVAC.

  I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make the long interstate drive from Oregon to get my field trial English Springer Spaniel “Cruz” in to be worked on by the very experienced and knowledgeable Sun Valley Animal Center. In particular Dr. Amber Acker-Sanborn. I am very grateful that a fellow field trialer recommended them. Dr. Amber knows her stuff when it comes to TPLO and these canine athletes. I would give them a call. They are easy to work with. Thanks Dr. Amber!
