I then asked if they would be willing to order a brace for my animal to wear until I could afford the surgery and a girl named Bailey, was so snotty and kept repeating ," we only do surgery" when I asked her to please ask a vet if they would order the brace ,she rudely sighed,told me she would ask and call me back. Getting her to even do that was like pulling teeth. I know she didn't ask the vet and she hasn't called me back. $4800 for an unexpected surgery in this economy is absolutely ridiculous. I called other places and they charge at most 1600 for a TPLO . Shame on you!

Unfortunately our 2 yr old dog Ollie has knees with steep slopes and needed tplo surgery on his left knee in June and found out he would have to have the right one done eventually which he got done at the beginning of Sept. The whole process was so smooth. We were traveling from Boise, check in at 9:30am and pick up at around 3pm. Dr. Amber explains everything so thoroughly and is so professional. If you have any questions or concerns once you get home, Dr. Amber gets back to you right away. Ollie has done amazing after both surgeries. Our experience has been fantastic, and I am so thankful that we took Ollie there!! I am happy he only has 2 knees though, lol.
