I had a good experience at the store, it was a Saturday, I bought some feeder goldfish and some ghost shrimp. Service was fast, courteous, knowledgeable. (In and out in less than 5 minutes). So it was a total shock, when the sheriffs roll up in front of my house two hours later to give me a no-tresspass warning from your store. Then after my wife calls the store to get information for the manager to discuss recinding the no trespass, we get another call from the sheriff because an employee claimed we were harassing "her" with multiple calls. We didn't know before that, the complaint was even made by an employee, customer, or her gender.
The manager was less than helpful, when my wife talked to her. She denied that this was a false Accusation. By doing so you are essentially accusing us of lying? You weren't there, I was, I'm 100% sure I didn't do anything! So either your employee identified the wrong customer, or she is quite unhinged? Today, Manager Torie, you weren't neutral, you didn't listen, you were not respectful. I'd strongly encourage you to read your "Petco code of conduct and ethics." Today you failed miserably...
