I drive then 25 minutes and walk in for my dogs nail trim to be greeted with “I can’t do anything for you today”. Then proceeds to tell me ( says her name is Taylor) that she is the only one and that it’s not my fault I don’t have an appointment. When I let her know I called, she said you asked what time were open until.. not if you could walk in. What’s the point of walk ins? She said many other things, was extremely rude and left me practically in tears.
