I have 2 dogs and despite numerous tries to get them groomed together, I would book one and then even though it said there were plenty of spots next to each other, as soon as I would book one the others would disappear leaving time between appointments. I had mentioned this many times at my appointments and went ahead and took an 08:30 for one dog and a 10:00 for the other assuming my one dog would be kenneled until they were ready. We’ll, I was greatly reprimanded because I didn’t call first. The girl went on and on and acted like I was imposing on them by bringing in my dogs. Then as I was getting ready to help then by taking off their collars and leashes so they could put on theirs, she continued to loudly complain that my dogs can’t be roaming around off leash. I was appalled at her reactions to me since I pay good money for a service and I am a regular. I apologized for not calling but was pulling from my experience with my past groomer who always said to go ahead and bring them and they would keep them in the kennel until ready. She did eventually apologize, which I appreciate but the damage was done and I don’t ever want to be treated that way by someone who is supposed to be providing me a service.
