  There's a lot in there for such a small store. But it's one of the more expensive big box pet stores (which is why 4 stars and not 5). They have pet potty areas outside and actually keep waste bags in the dispensers! They also have a wide variety of pet foods for all kinds of pets (small animals like mice and ferrets), reptiles, fish, birds, cats, and dogs. They also carry a lot of training and enrichment items. It's a good (but expensive!) one stop pet store. They also have a lot of live animals to oogle and dream about.

  I was really bummed that my $5 rewards I earned just expired. I had a neck fusion and was not able to drive. I finally was able to get to Hayden to get more dog food and found it had expired! I don’t think rewards should expire . I can see using them one at a time or have a year like Starbucks does. Therefore I’m only putting one star.

  Love this location! The staff here are so kind to me and the dogs when we come in. My dogs love to pick out their toys and when we get to checkout the cashier is always excited to see them and gives them treats. Might be a big company but this is our favorite pet store around.

  Went in to get our cats their second round of shots. Not only did we wait for 45 minutes longer than our appointment, but the Vet and her associate argued so loud I think the entire store heard it, for about 15 minutes, while all of us just waited awkwardly in line. To the poor kid who was asking questions, Colter I believe his name was, we heard you and got your back. Go somewhere else, you dont deserve that. I will never go back, ever. It is a a total embarrasment of a place.
