Every time we take our dog in he does a great job, helps keep our dog calm, and even on one trip he actually came out to the store and find us and said how great our dog was and a pleasure every time we bring him in. He is the only reason why we keep going back. Now the reason why it's only a 4 star is we did have a couple bad experiences, and it was with the same lady. Both times we could hear him thru out the store screaming and she straight up told us that he was a pain to deal with. We now call ahead of time to make sure Steve is there so we know he does it.
