  Aggressive shoppers who can't wrap the concept of a line and what it is like to cut the line of 4 other people but its a great store.

  Probably worst Petco I've been to. Ashamed to say I associate with Petcos with my memberships.. we were having issues finding dog food bowls and made 3 frustrated laps around the store and not a single ask for help. We finally found then though! There was a few massive pallets blocking the dog food bowl shelves.. we tried crawling around them as no employee wanted to acknowledge us or find a pallet jack. Thankfully Mikayla came to offer her assistance by saying she won't move the pallets but she can grab anything off the shelves that aren't blocked by the pallets... which we could do ourselves. She watched my kid crawl between the shelves and pallets just to get what we came for. Trash employee.. if you can't help people stay off the floor.

  Well I will NEVER shop at the petrol in couer d alene ever!!!!! IF you plan on buying anything from them you better make sure your there atleast 2 hours before closing time because even though their closing time is 8 p.m. they lock the doors at 7:45 so that no one can enter to buy things. The manager refused to sell a fish at 7:40 p.m. bcuz she wanted to GET OUT OF THE STORE AT 8 P.M. she was SNOTTY, RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL asking if I had ever owed or operated a store. Well I'm telling I owed a Diner and when we said closing was at say 10p.m. if you came into my business at 9:59 you were waited on!!! That's how opening and closing hours WORK where I'm from. SO PETCO WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS UNLESS THAT WOMAN IS GONE AND THEY OPERATE AS THEY SAY!!!!!

  We had a great experience this evening choosing two new mice to add to our home zoo (guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and dog!). The lady who helped us was fantastic—she was knowledgeable and it was clear she genuinely cared about the well-being of the animals. She took the time to go over the necessary food and housing requirements to ensure our new little critters were going to a good home with adequate supplies. Even as an avid and knowledgeable pet owner, I truly appreciated that she showed such care. It makes me happy to see Petco employees putting in the extra effort to ensure every customer, no matter their experience level, has the right information and supplies before bringing a new critter home. That level of dedication is excellent and very reassuring! We left feeling great about our newest additions!
