Was not able to go back as husband having cancer treatments. Dog has suffered with matted hair and hair in his face until now as I was finally able to go back to his regular groomer. Has had to be shaved to get past the matting. Petco offered discount on next groom. Why in the world would I go back to pay double for nothing on another groom with Petco. BEWARE!

The young man gave us a coupon booklet and even grabbed a cart for us, he offered that we could use a bed to make her more comfortable. Even a groomer came out to greet us and offer her services whenever we might need her groomed. Very nice employees and great experience!
