After everything my senior dog was going through, I made the most heartbreaking decision to let him go so he wouldn’t suffer anymore. It wasn’t fair to ask him to keep fighting, and deep down I knew he was ready. I don’t remember the veterinarian’s name, but he was an older gentleman who brought me so much comfort during an impossible moment. He made me feel at peace, and I know Oso felt that calm too. The entire process was quiet, gentle, and filled with compassion. They treated my sweet pup with such care and had him ready for me to pick up so I could make arrangements at home. I will always be grateful for the kindness and dignity they showed us during our final goodbye.

They explained the procedure, the price and when the reasonably priced estimate was higher than the actual cost once the procedure was done they refunded the difference. My dog was well taken care of and the procedure I requested was well done and successful. I had her upper baby canines(deciduous teeth) removed because they didn't come out when her permanent teeth came in) Her gums look great.

With a passion for feline medicine, she especially enjoys caring for her feline patients and is known for her gentle and thoughtful approach. That's what it says online however the truth is not gentle nor did she have a thoughtful approach when I took my cat in. I had an appointment still had to wait over an hour then wouldn't even apologize for the wait. Barely looked at my cat said yup he needs a bunch of teeth removed I mean like looks at his teeth maybe for 2 seconds. Quoted me almost one thousand. Not to mention you can't call this place without getting put on hold. I took my cat to animal medical center in Emmett got right in. And he was actually looked at saved me over 700 bucks and actually gave my cat the care he deserved. This lady is a disgrace and should lose her licence. I hope you read this Christine. You are a rude soul and a pathetic excuse for an animal lover. There's a special warm place for people like you. Good luck
