They sold me on a whole package you pay for up front & tell me that there are several items out of stock for visit 1, and 'hopefully' at visit 2 they will all be available. They checked him out for me and gave him what they had of the package, which was good. They did not seem very experienced in animal handling as I watched the needle go in and out of his skin several times when they lost control because my feral kitten reacted to getting his blood drawn for the first time during his first appointment. A month later, vetco cancelled my appointment on the morning-of due to lack of staff. Now he's scheduled 6 weeks from his original appointment and I'm probably going to just cancel it. This has been an expensive and frustrating experience. I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team regarding the ticket that was submitted for a partial refund. I asked just for the remaining 75% of services not performed. We'll see if I do, but I am not getting my hopes up based on my experience so far in trying to get help with this. I asked if they'd allow me to transfer to another vetco location that is better stocked and staffed... nope. I don't think this review will help me get a refund. I share my experience so people know what they could get themselves into. I had no idea. Update** It's been over a week since I emailed them that case number in the response - I got an instant bot email response and no other contact has been made with me as promised.
