- MSMAEGAN STEMWEDELApr 9, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Vetco clinic. I came in simply to update my dog’s vaccines and left feeling talked down to and judged. I explained that my dog had been vaccinated at adoption but I didn’t have the full records on hand. Instead of working with me, the veterinarian immediately defaulted to a rigid protocol and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and condescending. I understand that vets need to follow guidelines, but there’s a way to communicate that respectfully. This interaction felt unnecessarily stressful, especially in front of other staff, and it made me uncomfortable enough to leave and seek care elsewhere. I hope the team can improve how they communicate with clients — especially those who are actively trying to take good care of their pets.

The heavier set man, Keith was extremely impatient with me about my questions. To the point I felt uncomfortable, and question bringing my pet there in the future. But I already paid for the complete package! There was absolutely no customer service from him, not a friendly person!!
