  I came into this store to purchase a new litter box for my cat. My partner and I had a quick clarifying question regarding said litter box that we wanted to ask the employees. One of them said “My eyes are going to go cross eyed dealing with this” and made the other woman with her come help us. The other woman answered our questions but was pretty rude about it. She made it seem like we had no idea how to take care of an animal. I mentioned that this was my first cat (That I adopted in my name, I’ve taken care of and lived with 4 other cats in my life FYI) And I just wanted to get her something slightly bigger. She continued to make me feel completely idiotic. She was the one to check us out as well and decided to say to us on our way out to “Take our horse and pony show” elsewhere. Which if I’m not mistaken essentially means we need to take our theatrics and stupidity elsewhere. We weren’t rude, we were just confused about a litter box. Improve your customer service. This employee was incredibly condescending.

  Great customer service and great with my nervous dog. Did a wonderful job on grooming and nails.

  We got this Bumble Bee Betta, he'd been sitting in his little cup for three months. We also picked up a floating moss ball and some dwarf hair grass. It's all doing good and the betta, Percy, is happy enough to be making bubble nests! All in all, this Petco had a good selection.

  review for Vetco - Very disappointed and upset with Vetco for not providing the services purchased, not honoring their promise and for the subpar customer service we received. Purchased a 3-series shot package for our puppy, however she had already received her first set. Vetco said it was fine, that they would let us get the 3rd set when she was ready to get her rabies booster after a year. However, when we scheduled her most recent set of shots and went in to redeem the last of the series the girl we were working with smugly told us the series expired after 4 months, she wouldn't honor their promise or issue a refund...which means we paid for and did not receive microchipping, distemper & parvo vaccine, lepto vaccine, dewormer and fecal test?! Expensive lesson learned - we've always/previously had a good experience but no longer trust or will go to Vetco
