I was okay with that and willing to pay for the extra time. An hour later, I got a call from Alicia and was told they wanted to shave my dog after I told her no, because it is winter, and she had not done a thing. My dog had not had a bath, a haircut, or anything. Took my dog to another groomer the same day and was told she did not have to be shaved; she got a good bath and a haircut. Alicia did not want to do her job, which I was paying for. She wanted to shave my dog to make her job easier and stress my dog out.
