Dena is his groomer, and if I just say her name, he gets so excited to see her. He has never had a nick or a nail cut too short, and he always looks great when I pick him up. Give them a try.

So most of the other boarders that socialize their pet Guests...it wouldn't work with my dog. On top of that, my german shepherd has separation anxiety. From the very first time I used gem crest kennels I had a great interaction and a great experience as well as my dog. Each boarding visit finished with one of their groom baths and nail clips. ( Which my dog absolutely hates getting her nails clipped by me? I have no idea how they did it.But they did a fabulous job) I was worried that my dog was going to feel abandoned but when she came to me at the end, I felt like she was smiling like she had the best time. It really takes the worry away. we are so grateful. The staff is so loving and kind, an very professional. I can not say enough great things about them. They really understand the needs, and deliver 100 percent. Thank you!
