- RTrr tsal5 days ago3.0This store allows and welcomes off leash dogs, a man came in followed by 2 or 3 off leash dogs. The staff was aware, they all went to pet the dogs instead of asking the man to leash his dogs. Although I like stores that welcome dogs, this man had no way to control his dogs and he wasn’t even looking at them most of the time. I’m glad there wasn’t an incident but won’t be back, allowing multiple off leash dogs around food and treats is just asking for a fight with another pet that’s on leash with another owner.

The shop is cute and cozy with plenty of food options for cats and dogs, though, admittedly, the dog section is bigger than the cat section. It would be nice to have more snack options for the cats. The prices are reasonable and there is a great reward system. I sometimes earn $10 off my order and other times a free bag of food. I always recommend this place to my friends.

Especially because the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Our kitty has tummy issues and I called to ask about their inventory and the woman on the phone was so nice and offered to order us in food. Then I went in a few days later and same thing, the woman was so kind and helpful. Thank you guys!
