The fact I can support a local business while getting the best products and accessories for our furry family members is something I really enjoy and appreciate. The store is always well stocked, organized, clean and full of products that every team member knows about and can answer questions. They have an awesome rewards program and I have never ever walked in or out without being greeted sincerely with a smile and offer of assistance. Every product I’ve purchased exceeded my expectations. Parking is a breeze and on a leash your well behaved pet can shop with you. Thank you for your amazing great work!

I have big, senior pit bull mixes with lots of sensitivities and this store has all the supplements I use to keep them happy and healthy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I found the sweet associate with glasses and curly hair (Karla, I believe?) to be especially kind and accommodating! I'm thankful for this place!

The staff was aware, they all went to pet the dogs instead of asking the man to leash his dogs. Although I like stores that welcome dogs, this man had no way to control his dogs and he wasn’t even looking at them most of the time. I’m glad there wasn’t an incident but won’t be back, allowing multiple off leash dogs around food and treats is just asking for a fight with another pet that’s on leash with another owner.

The shop is cute and cozy with plenty of food options for cats and dogs, though, admittedly, the dog section is bigger than the cat section. It would be nice to have more snack options for the cats. The prices are reasonable and there is a great reward system. I sometimes earn $10 off my order and other times a free bag of food. I always recommend this place to my friends.
