  The vet clinic is clean and inviting. Friendly atmosphere and caring about pets however not very good on honoring coupons or discounts. I was sent a coupon to use for my first vet visit for an exam. They failed to send it to me the first time and wouldn't use the offer when we inquired. I set up another visit and was sent the coupon for a free exam, finally. We go and I hand them the coupon and they refuse to use it and give me an "I don't know why we didn't apply it, but too late now". No offer to fix it or anything. I get home and call customer service immediately after the visit. They give me the run around and say someone from the Petco store will call you. I tell them I already talked to the people at the vet and now I'm calling you to fix this. No one ever bothered calling me back, it's Sunday this happened Friday afternoon. Obviously this is false advertisement on their part and they never had any intention to honor what they advertised. They do not take care of customer concerns, they don't honor discounts they offer in store nor did they offer anything in place of the discount they refused to honor. It's unfortunate, I thought I found a better clinic and I was wrong. I will continue to look for a vet that doesn't rip me off!

  Dr. Stoeker, Chris, and Bobbie have always done a phenomenal job with my cat and his care. They have been with him since day 1 and I greatly appreciate how kind and gentle they are with him. All procedures and prices are clearly explained beforehand, very transparent about everything. This team truly cares about the animals they see on a daily basis so I do not mind the 30 min drive because Bagel and I feel very comfortable coming here! Thank you so very much for everything you do! :)

  Bella and Cheryl were very helpful! Bella gave some great advice for our new kitty we adopted and Cheryl was very efficient. Great job!

  Mario is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! His boss (Amanda), berated him in front of us-which was sad as she was worthless help. Get it right, Petco!

  Every time I go in here I am frustrated at the lack of price transparency. Many items are either not priced at all; or "priced" in a way that is intentionally misleading. I finally made a complaint and was assured its not supposed to be that way, but I will let time tell that, and update my review accordingly once I see changes made (or not). Aside from that, staff is friendly and everything else is about as expected. But unfortunately, cost is really the most important thing in this instance, isn't it?
