They never seem like they truly care for your pet and when I call it’s not them directly, questions on appointment times or pricing is never answered. They lure you in the door and charge you WAY too much for simple tasks. *It was going to cost my daughter over $200 for a shot, so we called another vet and it was $30. They are WAY over charging us. They also have a deal where if it’s your first time they give you the visit cheaper. I took in my daughter’s dog for the first time under HER name because she couldn’t make it to the appointment. They then said if she wasn’t there they wouldn’t give her the appointment cheaper, so they said I should go get her. So my husband left to get her while I stayed back at the vet with her dog, when they arrived back at the clinic they said we should reschedule. That was SO much wasted time for us when they could have said that from the beginning. Her dog was completely vaccinated other than his rabies shot. We were willing to get it, but the problem was they treated him as if he had rabies and wouldn’t let him leave until other dogs had passed the halls. They were completely unreasonable and rude to him, even making us wait in the room until other dogs had left. He doesn’t have rabies, he just needed the shot to prevent rabies (like any other puppy) They were inconsiderate of our time and money. Never will return to this vet again.
