The staff was so kind, patient, and clearly genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. My dog looks incredible—perfectly groomed, soft, clean, and so happy when I picked him up. 🐶✨ You can tell they take their time and pay attention to detail. I also really appreciated the communication and how comfortable they made both me and my pup feel. I’m attaching a photo because the results truly speak for themselves! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch grooming and a place you can trust with your fur baby. We will definitely be back!

- LMLindsay MillerDec 20, 20251.0I've waited months to post a review, because I didn't want to write a review while I was SO ANGRY about how my dog was treated while she was boarded. I paid over 100$ for about 18hrs of boarding. The extras I paid for didn't happen. My dog also spent an hour in her small space while it was FLOODED with water, was left alone for 10hours, and was taken outside for approximately 3 minutes, twice. As a heads up, they remove all of your pet's personal items from their kennel first thing in the morning, likely on day of pickup, but that means that if you are boarding for one night, your pet may spend half of the time with none of the items you brought. Don't bother paying for any of the add-ons, it's unlikely that they will do that. Edit to add: I'm honestly wondering how many of these 5 star reviews paid for the Webcam option to see how their dogs were taken care of.
