Recently, our dog Luna had dental surgery, and Dr. Shawn took such wonderful care of her — she is doing great and recovering beautifully. During the same time, we also had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our sweet Izzy. Dr. Shawn was truly amazing — so compassionate, patient, and supportive through one of the hardest moments for our family. His kindness and genuine care for both pets and their people made all the difference. We feel very lucky to have such a thoughtful and skilled veterinarian. Thank you for everything you do. ❤️
- ALAmanda LehmanFeb 16, 20261.0I called last Monday to make an appointment for a large breed dog having trouble walking. Nobody answered, so I submitted an online request. Tuesday morning, hadn't heard anything, called again and they were able to get him in at 3:00. They gave him medication that we already tried and didn't work. Told us to check back on Monday. Called this morning (Monday), and told them the medication didn't work again and that he was worse. They said someone would call back. They called back at 1:20. I wasn't able to take the call, but called back fifteen minutes later, but the vet had already left on a farm call and didn't leave any instructions, but would call later. It's now 5:00. Nobody has called me back. Maybe they're a good office for small issues, but I wouldn't trust them with any sort of emergency.

I'm so grateful he is there when my creatures need him. Truly cares for their prolonged welfare. He is conscientious in his service for the creatures and not out to drain my wallet.
