- PBPatricia BoltzDec 29, 20251.0Well, to begin with we scheduled a bath and cut and when we got there were told they were too busy and it would only be a bath so we ended up rescheduling and leaving. We were able to get back in later that day. When she got done, she had cut my dog with her clippers and told us he bit his tongue. He bled for several hours after we got him home and it was NOT from inside the mouth. The haircut was absolutely horrible. He looks like some kind of skinned rat. I don't know what it is about this place that they cannot understand different dog breeds and at least ATTEMPT to make the dog look like their breed. Also, within 24 hours the dog smells. He did not smell fresh when I picked him up and he now stinks again. I don't know why I keep trying with this place. You might get one decent groom out of ten.
