We brought in our German shorthaired pointer. She cut her lip the did stitches and the after results is amazing you can barely tell she got hurt at all. The staff was amazing they were supper kind and they got us in and out supper fast. Would highly recommend them.

It’s clear they don’t really care about you OR your pet it’s just a job and a box to check off to them… they showed no compassion for my pet’s situation or interest in me as a person/customer, it felt robotic from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor. They treated my pet kind of rough and didn’t try to be nice to her or comfort her at all to make the experience less stressful for her. Super sad to go from an amazingly kind vet who always showed they cared in West Des Moines then moving here and this is what we get. Pets are family. I felt so bad for my cat who is already a traumatized rescue cat and we will not be taking any of our cats back here.

The staff and one of the veterinarians is rude, belittling and miserable people. They should get what ever inside themselves fixed so it doesn't keep projecting on their customers!!! 🙏
