Employees told us that due to staffing shortages and large quantity of customers that the cat would be unable to come out of the cage for us to meet. There were minimal customers in the store at this time and 5 employees on staff. We were there for an hour and customer quantity did not increase and Employees just stood around on their phones instead of offering for us to meet the cat. One employee was eating at a register. There is no reason that we could not spend 5 minutes with this cat.

He was extremely helpful And I was able to gain all the information I needed to be confident in being a good pet owner! I will return to this store for all my pet needs especially if Mario is in management 😊
