  Bought a gerbil and it started looking sick, called 3 times and it rang for minutes nobody picked up even tho its an hour before close. Not sure why you’re selling pets if you can’t pick up the phone to help customers. Quite disappointing and ridiculous.

  Stopping at this Mason City branch (petco) and it never changes ..The grooming team is great but the rest of the store (garage) ..WHAT a mess and seems like they have a hard time keeping employees!..The place is always a mess!..Maybe there is no storage room if so rent a CONTAINER IN THE BACK...GET the pallets of good removed from the lanes and clean up the store! (organize it) The Pallets are dangers, especially when the goods drop on the floor (I picked them up)....So many are having a hard time to walk around the JUNK of merchandise in the store...Again it happen NO BAGS after you pay...They stare at you like MOVE ON...I checked both counters and the agent said WE DON"T have any more...SAD to see older couple in front carry out their CANS in their arms...NOT, A word; can I HELP YOU or explain why no more bags..put a sign on the door before entering (Common sense)...This location must be a franchise because i no corp own property will be managed like this (over on two years) I finally had enough to say something...I would volunteer my management skills to help and clean up the store..its embarrassing to Petco name..

  The product I was looking for, you did not have in stock. Even though your website showed yo had it. Had to spend an extra $60.00 for a different brand of product. Very disappointed!!!

  Went in today and had to wait 30 minutes witch is unreal and then got interrogated about my tank and since I only had a 10 gallon tank with 3 small fish I was denied and fish and was not understanding why I got denied 2 fish and was told to get guppies when you guys have 6 fish that shouldn’t be in your 10 gallon tanks but are???? Makes no sense this lady was a young lady had black hair and nose piercing THIS WORKER WAS RGE RUDEST AND THE MOST OUT RIGHT DISRESPECTFUL OF EVERYTHING I HAD TO SAY I PROBABLY WONT BE GOING BACK.
