- JAJessica AprilNov 30, 20241.0My dog had an exam where Dr Shannon didn’t touch my dog- not even once. They just had to charge for the exam so that they could “re-establish care” since I had moved back to the area after being gone for just 6 months and I was 99% certain my dog had an ear hematoma. Without touching my dog, she prescribed prednisone, and my dog died of an unrelated infection one week later. Hunny was a member of the family for 12 years and my baby. I thought about going back with my other dog, but why? The first veterinarian my baby saw here was an older gentleman about 2.5 years ago. He retired the next day. Dr. Shannon was just terrible.

I was put off a little by her rudeness, which is disappointing since I've loved their vet for the past year. I highly recommend this vet, but if you speak with this woman please know the rest of the staff isn't like that!
