Called petsmart and they groomed him with no appointment. Never going back there and canceled all my petco auto shipments for pet food and supplies I had.

Checker was very nice and when I found the Mgr this person was equally nice. This was a weekend late afternoon. Product quite nice and fairly clean store. Disappointing customer service presence.
