I was inquiring about options for my picky eater, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about a wide variety of products. She took the time to explain different ingredients and made thoughtful recommendations based on my dog’s needs. I ended up buying a couple of her suggestions, and my dog absolutely loves them! I really appreciated her patience and expertise — I’ll definitely be back.
- JJJennaFeb 26, 20261.0I went to petco to get a tank that was 50% off. I work at a different location and they argued that I don’t get sale prices and refused to give me my money back. They argued they can’t do overrides which is wrong. They also said it’s similar if you have a vcp that you can’t stack anything which again is wrong. The manager was blonde w pink hair and was useless and just kept saying she can’t do anything. I won’t be going back I showed them the price on the app and how i get the discount logged in as an employee and they don’t care. They really argued a policy I know better then them.

She spent so much time with us and was very patient with our questions. Also, 5 different people welcomed us, asked us how they could help, and did so without being intrusive. We had time to decide on things on our own and it was a great balance of autonomy and assistance. Our hamster, Witty White White, is thriving in an awesome environment because of Alexis’s help!
