  We found this amazing office when we had an urgent need at the end of last year. Even though they had not seen us before they got us right in. The building is clean, the staff is amazing! They get down on the floor with our dogs. We have switched our care here and couldn’t be happier. If you want someone that cares, listens and is through this is the place! Thank you Creature Comforts for taking great care of our dogs!

  Everyone here is seriously amazing. I have a rabbit and have been to a lot of different vet offices and I can say with confidence Creature Comforts is the best. They are so informative and caring and if you have questions you can text or call them and they will do their best to help. During the initial appointment they treated my rabbit with kindness and made sure both of us were ok throughout the appointment, they were clear about costs up front and were very informative about the best path I could take. My rabbits infection still had not gone away after the course of antibiotics and they were able to direct me how to remove the scab to see the healing and called in the prescription for another round of antibiotics without me needing to come in or anything. I ask millions of questions over text on what I should do and they have always responded with clear directions and kind words. They respond in a very timely manner and refer questions to the doctor when necessary. This is honestly the best cat I have ever received for my 5 year old rabbit. If you have any pet, especially an exotic animal where vet choices are limited, i cannot possibly recommend going to this place enough.

  My dog had Pyometra and my Vet couldn’t do this type of operation so they called Creature Comforts to see if they could get Amira in ASAP. They did, in less that 24 hours they fit her in. The staff, vet and assistants are the best. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the team that saved Amira’s life; Dr Chelsea, Bethany and Karen. ❤️❤️❤️. Be sure to Spay your dog so you never have to go through this.

  I appreciate the team here and how willing they are when appointments are set up to get my girl in fast. Shes older and we had to switch to creature comforts recently, its better for the cost of care and consistency of care as well. They're a very caring team and make sure any of our questions are met with answers we'll actually understand. Thank you!
