I’ve struggled finding a vet that does well with her since she is very fear reactive, they’ve always been so patient with her! I also brought my senior cat here to be put to rest, i had never been here with my cats before and they still took us in no problems, although it was a very hard decision they made it a very good experience, they took great care of my sweet boy. thank you so much, i will continue coming back with my dog and will be bringing my other cat here from now on!

My dog has some stress when it comes to vets, but they handle it amazingly to the point that he doesn't seem as stressed with visits anymore. When I put my other dog down, they were very helpful and clear during the entire process and made it as easy as it could be. I will continue to take any pets here for the amazing staff and treatments. The Optimum Wellness Plan is also great for yearly coverage and general pet health!

While most of the experience was fine, one staff member was rude a couple of times and insisted we should “try harder,” even though the options were out of our means. In a moment like that, compassion matters. This situation was already heartbreaking, and the comments made it more difficult than it needed to be.
