Employees would not acknowledge an "excuse me" and just kept walking past without asking if assistance was needed. Eventually left without making a purchase and went to a competitors store.

As well as the prescene of ICK even after quratine. I paid $150 for a "lily white" crested gecko and it passed away two months after purchasing, I have five others that have all done fine and well. I lost 6 rummynose tetras within the second week of ownership, as well as a flame guarami which passed away one day after the return policy. As well as a neon blue guarami that I was able to be refunded for but I am incredibly dissapointed.
