- SEShaina EvansNov 12, 20251.0I went to the store this week to purchase a litter robot. It would have been an expensive purchase but I only saw one worker who did not look friendly or greet me. I decided to make that large purchase elsewhere. I looked around at the animals and noticed how dirty some of the cages were. When I went to check out with something else I found I had Ryan as my cashier. He did not say ANYTHING to me except the total and did not offer me a bag for the item I purchased. I will never return to this location. It was an awful experience from beginning to end.

It had terrible customer service -- no friendly faces, staff acted irritated if you asked for assistance, you'd have a guaranteed 15 min wait if you needed something like crickets. It was so bad that we would have gone to another pet store had we lived closer to one. But, upon visiting the store this week, I was met with smiling faces, helpful staff and an overall friendly environment. I immediately knew they were under new management due to the drastic change in customer service. Their new manager, Hailey (spelling may be off), was on the floor readily assisting customers. She was very upbeat, helpful and professional. Because of her, we will continue to do business at this location.

They also honored my request not to clip her nails, Ruby gets finicky. I feel like this was the great spirit dance for me and my Rubes. My appointment was easily booked.

Whole store typically only cashier on duty, I don’t see any other staff or maybe they are just hiding lol ended up I waited in fish area like 25 mins but still no one shows up ! What a waste of my time Guys, don’t go petco . Go PETSMART instead, unless petsmart will give you someone to grab fish for you super quick Petco the worst
