Your pet must also receive two rabies vaccinations, administered at least 30 days apart. Following this, you’ll need to complete the OIE-FAVN rabies antibody test. After your dog receives a passing result, there is a mandatory 30-day waiting period before travel is allowed. During this waiting period, gather all required documents and ensure that all necessary paperwork is submitted to the Animal Quarantine Station (AQS) no later than 10 days prior to your arrival in Hawaii.
