  CALLED THE STORE TO ASK IF THEY HAVE A PRODUCT THAT WAS A CONCENTRATE SO I COULD MAKE GALLONS TO ELIMINATE PET URINE FROM MY CARPET, I MUST HAVE IRRITATED THE SALESPERSON WHICH IM SORRY BUT HIS ATTITUDE WAS ALREADY HURT SO HE WAS ACTING LIKE A MOTHER HEN SORRY I MESSED UP YOUR DAY 😂🙏🏼

  On Saturday, March 21st around 6pm. I travel from Kahuku to get to this store so I’m not close at all but when I come in I spend some $$.. Anyways I had questions about litter drawstring bags and asked a man in the fish section if they had a certain brand in stock, he proceeds give me attitude and walk with me to the cat section. Then he says “would be here and I don’t see it” didn’t even see a sticker stating the location.. so I looked around more and found the sticker of the item I’m looking for in a different location, I scanned it through the app and it stated it was in stock. I went up to this really sweet lady at the register and I was asking her if she was familiar with the size of the drawstring bags. She wasn’t but volunteered to check in the back, I insisted she didn’t need to but she went to the back anyways. She only took about 3 minutes when in the middle of the 3 minute the same guy from earlier asked me with some major attitude “was she’s helping you?” And I said “yes she’s just trying to get measurements for me cause I wasn’t sure and I live far and I know once I opened it I can’t return” he then proceeds to roll his eyes and walk away. I looked at him and said “you’re a very rude man, all I asked for was help. I understand bad days but if you don’t enjoy working customer service then you shouldn’t be working here” I apologized to the lady that helped be and just walked out.. This is the same guy that Everytime I go into the store he’s super rude to me and my family. I would go to a different location but it’s farther and most of the time have everything I need.
