There’s no reason for that attitude even if you are having a bad day. My grandmother told me to keep my mouth shut so I did but I was so furious and upset. Why would you treat your customers like this Petco?

I don’t expect special treatment, just basic respect and professionalism, and unfortunately that standard was not met at all. This experience has made me seriously reconsider returning to this store in the future.
