My pet was stable. Just needed a medical examination and Im an established client. Was told that next availability would be in August.
There should be time alloted appointments on a daily basis where you can accommodate such situations, not just only take annual check ups.
suggesting to go to an emergency clinic/h
ospital during normal business hours is unappreciated.

Dr. Sakaino and staff are so very professional. They treat all animals and their owners with care and respect. Also, they are very thorough in explaining treatments and pretty much everything else. I've known Dr. Sakaino for over 30 plus years and we've been through a lot with my 5 dogs who has since passed. A highly recommended place

Love, love, love! The staff here is amazing. My puppy's doctor is Dr. Okano, and she is so sweet and kind. You can tell she really loves what she does, and appreciates you. Have been recommending this place ever since my friend told me to come.
