    Our groomer Roxanne was caring with the anxiety our pet showed on arrival. She identified the anxiety and directed on how to diffuse it. We will return for future groomings, especially to work on our pet’s nail trimmings, an item that has been an issue. Today he allowed his hind nails to be trimmed!!

    Onyx did my dogs complete grooming-nails, ears, teeth, bath the works! My dog is a big bully mix but has A LOT of anxiety when going to Petco/Groomers & Onyx was super kind & patient with Banksy & did an amazing job!
